A. Core Translation Features (100% Offline AI) Neural Translate uses on-device Machine Learning (Google ML Kit) for text, voice, and camera translation.

• Voice & Audio Data: When you use the voice translation feature, the App requires access to your device's microphone. All audio processing is done locally on your device. We do not record, store, or transmit your voice data to our servers.
• Camera & Image Data: When you use the AR camera translation feature, the App requires access to your device's camera. Image processing and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) are performed entirely on your device. We do not save, upload, or share your photos or camera feed.
• Text Data: Any text you type or paste into the App for translation is processed locally. We do not collect or monitor your translation history on our servers.

B. Third-Party Services (Ads & Analytics) While our core features are offline, the App integrates with third-party services that may collect certain information to provide and improve their services:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and use advertising IDs and other device-level data to serve personalized ads.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: We use Firebase to send push notifications. Firebase may collect anonymous installation IDs to ensure notifications are delivered correctly.

2. Device Permissions

To function properly, the App requires the following permissions:

• Camera: Required to translate text in images directly from your camera feed.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though some features of the App may become unavailable.

3. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us with your information. Since the App processes your personal data (voice, text, images) offline, the risk of data breaches on our end is practically eliminated. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security for data collected by third-party SDKs (such as AdMob).

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
